Luxury retail buying in California. A patented energy company in Turin. Voter registration for Americans abroad. Communication training for companies like Gucci, Fedrigoni and Mediaset. Fields with no shared playbook, and in every one I built something that worked.
The skill underneath is specific. I translate how people think, communicate and operate across cultures. That removes friction, speeds up understanding and helps teams move forward with confidence. Two parties talking past each other start operating as one.
These days AI is how I build. Claude, workflow design and context engineering turn messy processes into working systems in days rather than quarters. I am looking for internal enablement, operational excellence and process-systems work with remote-first teams that are scaling and need their people, processes and communication to keep up.
